Brief Bio.

Coming from a family of Chefs, 'Chef on the loose' gained the knowledge of Italian Irish and German qui sine at a young age.

First at the age of six helping with the prep for a large family gathering of over 300. Then working in the diffrent family owned restraunts untill the age of 15. 

'Chef on the loose' Moved on to aprrentice as a banquet cheff, where the art of food presintation was fully appreciated, The orginizational skills learned would pay off over the years to come.

'Chef on the Loose' Took on a job as a corporate-trainer,  training unskilled staff teaching them to find their potential and Love for cooking and Steps to becoming a great Line cook. 'Chef on the loose' did this for seven of the top 15 U.S. chains from 1995-2000.

'Chef on the loose' Started his own small chain of deli/bakery stores in the U.S. In 2003 'Chef on the loose' Sold the chain, Spending his time with his family of eight children seven birds, and loving wife.

'Chef on the loose' Has published 22 cook books and 7 how to books from planning a vegitarian cooking party to catering your own wedding. 'Chef on the loose' spends time now helping othes enjoy what great food can bring to there lives.
